Martin van der Poel founded SKI in 2010 as a niche corporate advisory and proprietary investment business. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1997. Martin worked in various corporate roles and gained experience in forensic accounting, mergers & acquisitions, privatisations, valuations, due diligence reviews, stock exchange compliance work and financial modelling, both with local and international clients.
